Enrolling at the prestigious Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, she polished her skills in Business Management and Finance, graduating in 2000 with a solid foundation for her future endeavors.

Driven by the desire to bridge cultural gaps and serve her community, Irena co-founded HelloBulgaria, a groundbreaking telecommunication company that pioneered a new era of transparency and convenience. This venture not only showcased her business acumen but also demonstrated her social responsibility and commitment to fostering connections across the globe.

          Venturing into the realm of entertainment, she founded Mega Mogula, Inc., her own production company. Through Mega Mogula and other partnerhips, Irena orchestrated a plethora of captivating live events, ranging from mime shows to concerts, theatrical performances, and live celebrity interviews. Her talent and business abilities left an indelible mark on the vibrant entertainment scenes of Los Angeles, Montreal, London and beyond. Notable productions include the extravaganza "Introduction to Popera" at the home o f the Oscars Kodak Theatre (now Dolby Theatre), stirring tribute shows commemorating Edith Piaf, and contributing to the
